This week’s episode kicks off with talk about the weather (of course), fire alarms, hot tubs, Airbnb vs hotels, Top Chef, Alias, and the amazingly wonderful Victor Garber.

Content Warning: Ginny and Georiga contains depictions of characters who have experienced sexual assault. We briefly discuss these topics on this week’s episode of the podcast, starting around the 14:15 mark.

The real topic of conversation for Elizabeth and Sarah centers around Netflix’s latest outing, Ginny and Georgia. One of them liked it, one of them didn’t, but both are in agreement that teens, especially in this show are insufferable. The sisters discuss the comparisons between this show and Gilmore Girls...there really isn’t one, other than the fact that Georgia and Zion have a very Lorelai and Christoper relationship (but Christopher sucks and Zion is cool). Other things discussed include, Jocelyn from Schitt’s Creek, superficial friendships, Midnight Madness (from their high school memories), Paul coming in hot, Taylor Swift, and of course, JOE! While they might not agree on everything, they are in agreement that Netflix needs to figure out a way to somehow shift / rename it to Georgia & Joe if there is a season 2.
